Jolly Jumps is an Essential Business - Per California and Riverside County Essential Function Orders
We provide crucial support to the continuity of many industries. We are often associated with large events and recreational activities, but our services are broad and supportive to many sectors outside of entertainment. Including equipment rentals such as pole tents, temporary structures, canopies, generators, lighting, heaters, PA Systems, tables, chairs, delivery and pickup food services, various equipment, and supplies for healthcare, government, and organizations that support the efforts to combat the covid-19 epidemic. We have also been working with co-vid testing sites to provide temporary structures.
We are still open for deliveries to homes, essential businesses, hospitals/health services, and government operations. Our office is currently closed for walk in customers. As per the guidance announced by the State of California, Jolly Jumps is able to safely provide equipment deliveries with some modifications to our procedures. (See below for a list of modifications) We are also required to follow COVID-19 public health guidance around social distancing, face masks, and other guidelines.

Our Commitment to Safety
- Our policy has always included rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures. However, we are ramping up these efforts even more.
- We use and exceed CDC recommended cleaners.
- Equipment is cleaned and disinfected prior to, and after every rental and use at our warehouse.
- Equipment is inspected, cleaned and disinfected upon setup.
- Employees are screened and supervised for any sign of illness or symptoms of any kind.
- Employees wear face masks and gloves
Contactless Delivery
- Payment is handled prior to your delivery electronically via credit card. Currently we do not handle money upon arrival.
- Contracts are handled electronically via email. We do not require any paperwork or signatures upon arrival.
- Contactless delivery. We will call you when we are on the way to communicate any additional instructions for delivery and setup. We do not require any person-to-person interaction upon our arrival. You can watch us from inside your house!
- Delivery drivers are required to follow covid-19 public health guidance around social distancing. Including maintaining distance of at least 6 feet from others.
