Select rentals on the main navigation menu and begin the booking process online. You can also call the office at 951.461.9200 during our business hours. We are happy to place the reservation over the phone.
You can book at anytime. There are no minimum or maximum time requirements. However, all equipment is based on availability. The earlier you can book, the better. In some cases, customers will book up to a year in advance.
For local deliveries, yes, additional fees may apply for some areas.
Yes. Please remember that additional fees may apply for cities not local to our warehouses. Travel fees are based on a per mile calculation.
No. We arrive up to 5 hrs early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or the day before your party. If this is the case, we will call you to confirm and plan a window of time for delivery.
We have rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jump will be clean when your party starts. Jolly Jumps cleans and disinfects every rental before/after each use.
No, it will not harm your grass. The grass is only pressed down, but usually bounces back to normal the next day!
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. Thatīs why we require an outlet within 50ī of the unit or a generator. Longer cords or doubling-up on cords can pop your circuit breaker or not deliver enough energy to the blower motor. We always bring our own heavy duty cords which are required to plug directly into a wall outlet.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, it is best to verify with the city or community that the power is available to use. If no power outlet is working and available you will need to rent a generator. We can also rent a generator and bring it with your Jolly Jump. It is important to note that our Jolly Jump blowers/fans can struggle to work properly if the generator power is not perfectly in line with the needs of the blowers. Depending on the exact performance of the generator and the manufacturer of the generator the needed power amperage, start-up watt, running watt requirements can vary and sometimes be complicated. To make sure your party is problem free we ask that you provide a 3,500 watt generator or greater when providing your own. If you would like to discuss technical and electrical specifics with us, please give us a call.
Credit Card and Cash. Business checks are also accepted, but require approval prior to your event date.
When you place a deposit on your order, we hold the item for you and prevent others from renting it. We require a deposit to hold the specific item and we are not able to refund your deposit if the order is cancelled. There are exceptions to this rule in cases of rain or thunder storms. In cases of rain or stormy weather you have the option to to the morning of your event. If rain is predicted, we will contact you the day of your party to see if you want us to bring the inflatable. Once we have arrived and set-up your equipment, there are no refunds.
Yes all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. You can also stop by our office to pay a cash deposit.
Most of our jumps take a 15x17' or 17x19' area.which is a little larger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and canīt rub against walls or trees. as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 5ī access to the area where it will be set up. The some inflatables can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, carpet, synthetic grass, wood chips and concrete. There is an extra charge for dirt or wood chips. Water slides can only be setup on concrete, asphalt, or well established grass. Watersides cannot be setup on dirt, sand, gravel or wood chips, or synthetic grass with granulated rubber pebbles.
Although most of our Jolly Jumps have covers, they are not waterproof. If there is scattered light rain predicted, we leave it up to you if you will still like us to deliver. You must keep the blower motor on so rainwater will not accumulate in the equipment. When the shower passes, just towel off the inside. Not to worry if you see bubbles, as this is caused by any residual non-toxic cleaner. Once we leave our warehouse to come setup your equipment, we do not provide discounts or refunds in cases of weather.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
No. You can only use one coupon per party/event. You cannot use more than one (1) coupon for a party or event occurring at the same location on the same day.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We donīt want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. There is a damage waiver option that can be purchased at checkout.
